As Tom Martinez’s successor Sione has dove into the process to create an impact in the grassroots space. His grasp of biomechanics has allowed him to excel as a quarterback coach. He credits Coach Martinez with giving him the foundation as a coach and the necessary skills to become one of the premiere QB coaches in the country.
Sione’s relationship with Trent Dilfer began five years ago, with an on-the-spot interview. Sione has not looked back becoming a main stay with the popular Elite 11, The Opening and TDFB’s staffs. Sione considers Trent as one of the best people he has met in the grassroots space, adding the impact we are providing is beyond the field of play.
Sione is also an advocate of the faith based non-profit Aiga Foundation based in Long Beach, CA. Sione is currently enrolled at Concordia University finalizing his Masters in Coaching and Athletic Administration.

Coach Sullivan is currently the Varsity Head Coach at Palo Alto High School. Sullivan graduated from Los Gatos High School after leading the Wildcats, as a senior, to a CCS Medium School Championship and SCVAL De Anza Championship in the 2005 season. He was also named the MVP of the SCVAL De Anza. From there, he received a scholarship to play quarterback at Arizona State University. Recruited by current Oregon Head Coach, Mark Helfrich, he played for current Tampa Bay Buccaneers Head Coach, Dirk Koetter, and 2-time National Champion Head Coach, Dennis Erickson. After his playing career, Sullivan began coaching at Los Gatos High School under the direction of legendary coach, Butch Cattolico. He served as the Quarterbacks coach from 2010-2012. When Cattolico retired, Mark Krail kept Sullivan as a part of the staff and he became the Offensive Coordinator along with his Quarterbacks role from 2013-2015.
Coach Sullivan has a love for coaching football and quarterbacks. He began working with quarterbacks specifically around the area back in 2013.
